Clothing
[Size related]
-Even products of the same size may vary in size depending on the product name and design, and there may be errors depending on the material or measurement location.
-Nitted products may differ within the range of error from the actual size as they are woven with flexible yarn.
-If the fabric has a shrinkage rate, the actual size may differ within the range of errors from the actual size during production. The actual size may vary depending on the color.
[Product related]
- In the case of ivory and white products, there may be fine spots and contamination due to the color characteristics, which is not a reason for defect.
- In the case of the texture of the material, the difference in texture cannot be a cause for defect or return because it is subjective.
- Due to the nature of the material, there may be fine spots, contamination, and scratches on the surface, which is not a reason for defects.
- Label designs such as ASANG / ASANG symbol logo / ASSEMBLAGE may vary depending on the items produced.
-There may be marks of thread/iron and sewn.
-In the case of knit products, there may be differences in color depending on the production, and there may be an error of 1–3 cm with the detailed size as a result of shrinkage.
-In the case of knit products, fine contamination/all agglomeration/all slits/fabric miscellaneous threads and fabrics may not be consistent due to the nature of the material, which is not a reason for defect.
-In the case of denim products, there may be irregular washing damage on the fabric surface during the manufacturing process, which is a natural phenomenon that occurs in washing and dyeing areas.
-In the case of denim products, there may be size errors due to different shrinkage rates due to the washing of the fabric. As such, the fabric with many variables of shrinkage rate is based on the existing size specification, but it may vary slightly. (This is a part where even the denim sold by luxury goods cannot be helped.)
· The above cannot be a reason for exchange, return, or refund, and is classified as a simple change of mind.
[Ivory - Non-returnable items]
- Because of the nature of the color, exchange or return is not possible.
- Products like ivory and white cannot be exchanged or returned because of the nature of the color.
[Limited product]
-It is made of limited imported fabric that cannot be reproduced.
- As the limited imported fabric is used, you cannot cancel, exchange/return the order in advance, and please purchase carefully after sufficient consultation.
[Curl button]
-In the case of mother-of-pearl button products, natural mother-of-pearl is dyed manually. (As natural mother-of-pearl is a material that comes from white pearls, it is hard to dye by hand, so there may be some dyeing on the white fabric, but there is no additional dyeing because of the use of a fixing agent. Please note that this is not a reason for defect.)
- Due to the nature of the mother tongue button, the surface, shape, and pattern are not constant and this is not a defect reason.
[Real horn button]
-There may be fine color differences and lines or scratches on the surface of the button, which are natural due to the nature of the natural material and cannot be a cause of defect
[Cutting is over]
-Due to the nature of the design, there may be natural loosening as it is finished by cutting without a separate finish.
[Spangled]
- Due to the nature of the spangle material, the texture may not be consistent, or fine scratches and falls may occur. This does not correspond to the reason for defects.
[Silk]
- Due to the nature of the silk material, there may be fine scratches and miscellaneous threads, which do not correspond to the reason for the defect.
[Patterned product]
-Due to the nature of the pattern, the pattern on the seamline cannot be completely connected, and it is one of the characteristics of the pattern and does not fall under the reason of defect.
- Please note that the position of the product detail cut and the pattern cannot be the same perfectly because of the nature of the pattern
[Artificial leather]
- Products made of synthetic leather may overlap with other products or may get stained if they come into contact with each other, so please keep it separately and be careful when wearing it.
-In addition to polyester or polyamide-based fabrics or nonwoven fabrics (not including 織布), artificial leather is processed to have a traditional structure, and various materials and patterns are covered on the surface, so various patterns can be noticeable. Among them, phenomena and wrinkles that look like stains, and fine scratches on the surface are one of the artificial leather patterns, which are not contaminated or defective and do not constitute a reason for defects.
[Linning]
-Because of the nature of the linen/marine material, there may be miscellaneous threads, threads, fine scratches, etc., and due to the nature of the natural material, the texture may not be consistent. This is not a cause for defect.
[See-through/frills/thin material]
-Frills may differ in shape, location and size from fitting cuts and detail views. -Due to the thin and light nature of the material, there may be fine scratches or stains.
- Due to the nature of the material, there may be fine contamination, miscellaneous threads, and scratches, which do not correspond to the reason for defects.
- Due to the sensitive nature of the fabric, the seam line may not be constant or fine grooves may occur, which is not a reason for defect.
- Due to the nature of the machine wrinkle material, the surface and spacing may be irregular.
[Coat]
- Wool materials with excellent thermal properties form an air layer inside the fabric, so they are vulnerable to moisture or odors. When storing these wool coats, hang them in a well-ventilated shade.
-If there is a crease, use a steam iron to iron only the crumpled parts at a low temperature in the direction of the hair, and if there is no steam iron, hang it in the bathroom for a certain period of time to keep moisture and hang it in a well-ventilated place.
[Unique button]
- Work buttons such as pearl, adhesive, black coating, epoxy coating, color coating, and coating after dyeing may cause problems on the surface of the button or if steam or heat is applied directly on the button, avoid the button and iron (iron).
[Sateen]

- Be careful as using a dryer may cause shrinkage, deformation, or discoloration.

-In the case of static electricity, dilute the fabric softener in water and spray it to hang it.

- Leather materials are vulnerable to moisture or water, so please wear them carefully and wipe only contaminated areas with dry towels.
- Due to the nature of the soft natural leather material, scratches, spots and natural wrinkles may occur, which is natural.
-1:1 hand-crafted, the shape and finish process may vary slightly from shoe to shoe, and fine bond marks or the like may occur in the adhesive area. This is not a defect reason. ·
[Suede shoes]
- Please be careful not to get wet in suede shoes and dry them naturally in a cool place without sunlight if they are wet.
- If there is a lot of water, absorb it with a dry towel.
-Suede leather is dyed on real leather, and all suede leathers are the same, which may fade during friction or when they come into contact with sweat or water.
Jewelry

- Accessory products cannot be exchanged or returned, so please understand before ordering.
[Product related]
- Due to the nature of the accessory, +1mm. -1mm size changes, fine scratches, welding marks, and subtle color changes inside can inevitably occur during the manufacturing process, which is not recognized as a cause of defect.
-Please note that even precious metal products may cause allergic reactions depending on the individual's constitution, and stop wearing them immediately in case of allergic reactions.
-All accessories naturally fade over time, which is a natural phenomenon caused by the use of materials.
-The warranty period is 30 days from the date of receipt.
[How to manage]
-Because of the nature of the silver material, discoloration or gloss may decrease over time, and it is vulnerable to foreign substances such as sweat, oil, and cream.
-To prevent discoloration, wipe the jewelry you wore with a dry cloth and keep it sealed. -Wipe off discolored silver with "polishing cloth" to restore your original color.
-Silver material is soft, so if the silver needle is bent, you can touch it with your hand to shape it.
[Pearl / fresh pearl]
- Freshwater pearls may have different shapes, colors, and pearls, which are not defective due to the characteristics of freshwater pearls.
-Wipe the pearls with a dry cloth after wearing them and keep them sealed in a dedicated case that we send them together.
-As freshwater pearls other than nuclear pearls are made of natural materials, their shapes, colors, breath holes, gis, and pearls are not consistent, and this is a characteristic of freshwater pearls and does not correspond to poor reasons.
[Artificial pearl]
- Simulated pearl products that are shown to be of the same quality as pearls as possible, and may have fine scratches.
[Ball type]
- For hollow ball areas, stains may appear on the surface due to the alloyability of the areas that are stretched out by stretching rather than melting metal. This is not a reason for defects.

-Due to the nature of ivory and white, there may be fine spots and contamination, which is not a reason for defect.
[Underwear]
-Exchange or return is not possible due to the nature of underwear.
[Silk scarf]
- Due to the nature of the material, there may be fine scratches, spots, and contamination, and this does not correspond to the reason for the defect.
-Because of the nature of the silk material, it is vulnerable to heat and may cause stains or contractions when water comes into contact with it. Dry cleaning is recommended for long-term shape preservation and management.
[Bag]
- This product is made of limited leather and cannot be canceled or changed.
-Due to the nature of the natural leather material, there may be wrinkles, scratches, bubbles, and pores, which are not considered defective.
-Exposure to heat, moisture, moisture, etc. may cause deformation of the product, and when storing, avoid direct sunlight and store it in a non-humid place.
- Keep the contents in your bag as it may cause squeezing and wrinkles.
- Bags are shipped with a dedicated dust bag.
- Sewing lines may be inconsistent or slightly different from finishing giss, which is not a defect reason.
